Booking and Onboarding
Submitting the “Book a Strategy Call” form or contacting us via WhatsApp/email does not guarantee acceptance as a client . We reserve the right to limit onboarding (e.g., capped monthly client slots as noted on our site) and to decline engagements at our discretion .
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete business information necessary for store setup and operations
- Maintain necessary licenses, supplier agreements, and platform account compliance (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, Etsy, Shopify)
- Promptly respond to requests for approvals, payments, or documentation required for campaign and store management
Results Disclaimer
While we reference case studies and testimonials showing specific revenue outcomes (e.g., scaling stores to six figures within 90 days) , individual results vary based on market conditions, product category, budget, and platform policies. We do not guarantee specific revenue, sales, or growth outcomes.
Fees and Payment
Service fees, ad spend budgets, and payment terms will be specified in a separate service agreement or invoice. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.
